PORTE

overview

Located in Chicago’s near west side neighborhood, this phased residential development is comprised of two towers 15-17 stories with duplex ‘townhome’ apartments at street level, totaling 590 rental units. Building amenities include fitness center, rooftop lounges with city views, co-working spaces, and a 50,000 SF landscaped deck with swimming pool, recreational courts, barbecue grills and nature path. The massing and façade design concept modulate the scale of the tower buildings, and a high degree of texture and materiality at the ‘townhouse’ units enhances the pedestrian experience.

Retail lease spaces are planned at the arterial streets. Resident parking for more than 300 vehicles and 200 bicycles is provided within the base of the structure.
