GREC Architects is Executive Architect for this signature residential tower in Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood, in collaboration with Related Midwest, Robert A.M. Stern Architects and Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates. At a height of 830 feet, the project occupies a prominent and stately position on the Chicago skyline and is comprised of 69 condominiums above 280 rental residences. Amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, grilling decks and numerous luxurious social spaces. The project includes a 70,000 SF urban park, named in homage to the historic Chicago Architect, Edward H. Bennett.
