overview
GREC Architects collaborated with Morris Adjmi Architects on the design of this 30-story residential tower located in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood. The structure includes 6 levels of parking above grade and 300 rental units of studios, 1-, 2- and 3-bedrooms. The ground floor accommodates the residential lobby, concierge and resident services, dog spa, bike storage for 100 bikes, and retail space.
Resident amenities include social and work lounges, gaming room, and fitness center with yoga studio, all adjacent to a landscaped roof deck with swimming pool, hot tub, dining cabanas with outdoor grills, and a fire pit area.
The project is LEED Silver Certified.
