TOP LEED-CERTIFIED MULTIFAMILY PROJECTS IN ILLINOIS

The U.S. Green Building Council awarded LEED  2021. Illinois was present in the USGBC’s Top 10 States for LEED list each year the agency has been quantifying the number of projects to receive certification. The past year was no exception, with six properties totaling 2,115 units received either Gold, Silver or simple LEED certification.
