The building lobby and amenities are designed to be shared by both residents and office tenants. Fitness center, lounge and conference center share a landscaped terrace at level 6; rooftop lounges and gardens frame a pool deck on level 17.
Residential units are configured to maximize an available 360 of views, including the Willamette River valley and downtown Portland, the bucolic East Side, as well as Mounts Hood and Saint Helens.
Landscaped terraces at each office level offer a unique natural amenity and stunning river and city views to tenants.
The building is designed to achieve LEED Gold certification, and employs a number of innovative sustainable design features including: rainwater capture and reuse, high efficiency systems and fixtures, and landscaped roof terraces.
